The LJ-DR air duct heater is heated by an electric heater. It is a new type of heating equipment used in the air heating system. The equipment is composed of a fan, an air duct heater body and a temperature control system. The heating element adopts stainless steel heating tube, 0Cr27Al7MO2 high temperature resistance alloy wire and crystalline magnesium oxide powder, which are formed by compression process to ensure the service life of the electric heating element. The control part adopts high-precision digital display temperature controller, relays, contactors, etc. to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, with functions such as anti-dry burning, over-temperature protection, overload short-circuit protection, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the air duct heater .

(1) LJ-DR air duct heater structure
The LJ-DR air duct heater is composed of multiple tubular finned electric heating elements, a box, a temperature sensor, a control system, etc. The tubular electric heating element is a metal tube with high temperature resistance wires placed tightly in the gap. The ground is filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity. The tubular electric heating element is used as the heating element. It has an advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, and the air is heated evenly when circulating.
