The SDS series tunnel jet fan is a power mechanical ventilation device specially designed for the longitudinal ventilation and ventilation system of highway and railway tunnels, and for smoke control in emergency situations. At the same time, it can also be used for ventilation in similar tunnels and auxiliary tunnel engineering occasions, and is suitable for working and operating requirements at an altitude of 3500m. The jet fan can work continuously under the environment of -25～50℃. In the event of a fire in the tunnel, it can be operated at 250℃ for a short time (no more than 1h).
Structural features：
The SDS series of high-efficiency and low-noise tunnel jet fans are composed of three sections: intake section (air collector, protective net); fan section (chassis section, impeller (moving blade) section, motor); outlet diffuser section.
1) Impeller part: It consists of blades and hubs. The hub is made of ZG230-450 cast steel, and the blades are processed by ZL104 aluminum-silicon alloy precision casting. The adjustable airfoil blades, blade roots and tails, in the design, The technology, casting, and processing have been sufficiently strengthened. The installation angle can be adjusted according to the requirements of different performance parameters. The adjustment method is that after the stop, the impeller is in a static state, and the blades are adjusted one by one. The impeller undergoes strict static and dynamic balance correction, and the super-speed test runs smoothly and reliably.
2) Chassis: It is welded by ordinary steel plates, and the inner cylinder is equipped with cross-welded static rear guide vanes, and the welding stress is eliminated.
3) Muffler: According to the sound spectrum characteristics of this series of fans, it is designed with galvanized steel plates, perforated plates, sound-absorbing materials, swirl plates, and deflectors, and effectively controls air flow dynamic noise and radiation sound.
4) Motor: It is specially designed and manufactured, and is suitable for operation requirements at an altitude of 3500m. Its working voltage is 380V, frequency is 50Hz, insulation grade is F, and protection grade is IP54. The bearings are imported from Sweden by SKF, which can withstand two-way loads and can work continuously for a long time without maintenance.
